Usually a good linear motor can also work normally in dusty environments or a small amount of dripping water. The dust-proof and drip-proof grade linear motor is IP54, and dust cannot enter the equipment at all.

4. All terminals of this equipment are not allowed to be plugged or unplugged under power to prevent damage to the motor and driver.
5. Do not put the control signal line and power line of the equipment including main power line, motor power line etc. in the same conduit or wind them into a bundle.
6. Do not touch the moving parts of the motor while the motor is running.
1. When storing the equipment, you should pay attention: the temperature should be controlled within -25℃ to +65℃. The humidity should be within 80%, and it should be placed in a dust-free and clean environment without corrosive gas, grinding fluid, metal powder and oil.
2. When moving, wiring, maintenance, inspection etc., you should cut off the power supply for more than 4 minutes before performing the operation. Usually cutting off the power supply for about 3 minutes, there is still voltage remaining on the power line. So, never touch the equipment hastily.
3. Frequent disconnection or opening of the power supply will cause the deterioration of the main circuit components. Please re-energize the power supply within 2 minutes after cutting off the power supply. The frequency of the switching power supply is limited to "1 time or 2 minutes".
4. When using, please regularly lubricate and maintain the linear guide.
