As an important part in many machine equipments, the servo motor part determines the production quality and efficiency of the final product. So, it is easy to wear. What should be paid attention to when replacing servo motor component?
1. Maintain the magnetic field. When the permanent magnet of the electric motor device is exposed for a period of time, the permanent magnet will disappear. It will appear some phenomena. For example, the torque is not enough, and there will be an over-current alarm. For AC servo motors, a cylinder needs to be made to cover the rotor to prevent magnetization.
2. Because the magnetic force is large, so be careful not to pinch your fingers when disassembling.
3. Do not wear a mechanical watch when disassembling. Since the magnetic force of electric motor part is easy to be excited to make the watch move slowly, and it needs to be demagnetized after it is magnetized.
4. After disassembly, check the seal effect of the motor inner seal. If it does not work, it must be replaced.
1. Check the servo motor device to ensure that there is no fatal damage to the outside.
2. Check the fixed parts of the servo motor equipment to ensure that the connection is firm.
3. Check the servo motor output shaft to ensure smooth rotation.
4. Check the encoder connection line of the servo motor and the power connector of the servo motor, and confirm that it is firmly connected.
5. Check whether the cooling fan of the servo motor is rotating normally.
6. Clean the dust and oil on the servo motor in time to ensure that the servo motor is in a normal state.
1. First of all, define the user parameters, such as the maximum torque, the maximum speed, the moment of inertia of the swing part etc.
2. Determine the servo motor model according to inertia matching, torque matching and speed matching.
1. When installing or removing the coupling part to the shaft end of the servo motor, do not directly hit the shaft end with a hammer.
2. There is no problem with a large motor instead of a small motor.
3. The speed should be the same as the original motor, and the power should generally not be less than the original motor power, unless the original motor is too large after calculation.
4. In addition, pay attention to whether the shape of the motor can be equipped with motor shaft height, the position of the anchor screw hole, the length of the motor, the position and direction of the junction box.
5. You need to pay attention to whether the adjustment range of the protection device can cover.
6. If the control procedures of servo motors produced by different manufacturers are different, it is best to use the same product of the same manufacturer and the same specification and model when replacing the servo motor.
