The Omron CP1H-XA40DT1-D is a powerful all-in-one PLC that combines discrete, analog, and motion control in a compact form factor suitable for OEM machines and small to medium automation systems. With 4 built-in analog inputs and 2 analog outputs, the CP1H-XA40DT1-D can directly handle process signals such as temperature, pressure, level, and speed references without additional analog expansion units. It supports 4 encoder input channels and 4-axis pulse outputs, each up to 100 kHz, enabling precise positioning control for stepper or servo drives in multi-axis systems.
