The safe use and operation of Fanuc servo motors are very important for safety in production. So how to use the Fanuc motor safely?
1. Measure the insulation resistance (for low-voltage motors, it should not be lower than 0.5M).
2. Measure the power supply voltage, check whether the motor wiring is correct and whether the power supply voltage meets the requirements.
3. Check whether the starting equipment is in good condition.
4. Check whether the fuse is suitable.
5. Check whether the grounding and zero connection of the motor are good.
6. Check whether the transmission device is defective.
7. Check whether the motor environment is suitable, and remove flammable materials and other sundries.
There are 4 types of protection methods for Fanuc series motors: open type, protection type, enclosed type and explosion-proof type. There are large vents on both sides of the open-type motor and the end cover, which has good heat dissipation effect and is easy to cool naturally. There are vents under the base of the protective motor. The heat dissipation effect is good, and it can prevent sundries such as water droplets, sand and iron filings from splashing or falling into the motor. It is suitable for a relatively dry environment without corrosive and explosive gases. There are no ventilation holes on the base and end cover of the enclosed Fanuc spindle motor, and it is completely enclosed. The enclosed type is divided into self-cooling, self-fan-cooling, other-fan-cooling, ducted ventilation, and sealed. It is suitable for harsh environments such as dusty, extremely humid, corrosive gas, easy to be exposed to wind and rain, and easy to cause fire. The casing of explosion-proof motor has sufficient strength, which is suitable for places with flammable and explosive gas.
1. To maintain the stability of the power supply voltage of the Fanuc machine, the power supply voltage cannot be changed at will to avoid excessive load of the Fanuc servo machine and damage to the servo machine.
2. The lubricating oil used by the fanuc automation motor must be ceramic lubricating oil, mineral lubricating oil cannot be used. Generally, lubricating oil is used when replacing the motor gear to prevent the plastic gear from deteriorating and breaking.
3. Keep the working environment of the fanuc servo drive clean, pay attention to waterproof and dustproof, and prevent moisture and dust from entering the servo machine.
4. Frequently check whether the relevant parts of the fanuc products are operating normally, and deal with any problems in time.
