Treatment: dc voltmeter can be used to detect and observe.

The Mitsubishi drive runs faster in one direction than the other (1) Fault cause: the phase of the brushless Mitsubishi spindle drive is wrong. Processing method: detect or find out the correct phase. (2) Cause of failure: When not used for testing, the test/deviation switch is in the test position. Solution: Put the test/deviation switch on the deviation position. (3) fault cause: deviation potentiometer position is not correct. Solution: Reset.
3 Mitsubishi ac servo drive alarm AL.32 Cause: overcurrent 32 overcurrent
Motor stall (1) Cause of failure: the polarity of speed feedback is wrong. Solution: You can try the following methods. If possible, switch the position feedback polarity switch to another position. (On some drives). If using a TACH machine, switch the TACH+ and TACH- on the drive. If encoder is used, switch ENC A and ENC B on the mitsubishi motor drive. For example, in HALL speed mode, switch hALL-1 and HALL-3 on the Mitsubishi ac servo drive, and then switch Moto R-A and motor-B. (2) Cause of failure: When the encoder speed feedback, the encoder power supply is off. Solution: Check the power supply of the 5V encoder. Make sure the power supply can provide sufficient current. If an external power supply is used, ensure that the voltage is set to the driver signal.
4 Mitsubishi ac motor drive alarm AL.24 Cause: motor output grounding problem, main circuit abnormality 24 main circuit abnormality
LED light is green, but the motor does not move (1) cause of failure: one or more direction of the motor is prohibited to action. Solution: Check the +INHIBIT and - INHIBIT ports. (2) Cause of failure: The command signal is not the Mitsubishi ac motor drive signal ground. Processing method: Connect command signal ground and driver signal ground
5 Original Mitsubishi servo drive alarm.20 Cause: encoder fault
After power-on, the original Mitsubishi servo drive's LED light does not turn on. Fault cause: The power supply voltage is too low, less than the minimum voltage value. Solution: Check and improve the supply voltage.
6 Mitsubishi original servo drive alarm AL.10 cause: undervoltage, undervoltage 10: voltage is insufficient
When the motor rotates, the LED light flashes (1) Fault cause: HALL phase error. Solution: Check whether the motor phase setting switch is correct. (2) Fault cause: The HALL sensor is faulty. Treatment method: Test the voltage of Hall A, Hall B and Hall C when the Mitsubishi original servo drive rotates. The voltage value should be between 5VDC and 0.
7 Mitsubishi variable frequency drives alarm A.17 cause: circuit board problem, 17 is the substrate problem
LED light always keep red cause of failure: there is a fault. Handling method: Cause: overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit, overheating, Mitsubishi variable frequency drives stop, HALL invalid. Note: the Mitsubishi type spindle drive unit is running when the voltage motor speed is powered on, the driver LED light is not on.
