When you ship those parts to us before you need make the label of alarm number on the PCB boards and make a list of the model number to us.
We will tell you what the declare value to make and make the name of the products as a sample it is better to make it clear.
You need to tell us the truck number of which express company.
We will help you to follow them to get them ASAP from the custom department.
When we receive the parcel we will check the quanlity and the specific model number with the serial number. Then we will test them and tell you the specific problem with the pcb board.
I will show the list. You can check them. If everything is Ok, We will arrange them for repairing with the delivery time.
When we repaired them and test OK we will ship them to you ASAP. We will clean them to keep them use for long time.
You can pay us according to the PI before we ship them out.
We can provide the exchange service for your all PCB boards you sent to us but the 3 situation we can not provide the service for you check below:
1. You have repaired those PCB board but failed
2. The main IC on the PCB board is missing
3. There are very serious corrosion on the PCB board
