The FX5UJ‑60MR/ES is a high‑integration MELSEC iQ‑F FX5UJ CPU unit that combines PLC CPU, 24V DC power supply, and 60 digital I/O in one compact housing for cost‑effective automation of machinery, assembly lines, and process equipment. It provides 36 digital inputs at 24V DC (sink/source) and 24 relay outputs with normally open contacts rated 2A, making it suitable for direct control of contactors, solenoids, pilot lamps, and mixed sensor types without extra interface relays. As part of the FX5UJ line, it balances performance and cost by offering many FX5U‑class functions—such as high‑speed counters, pulse outputs, PID, data logging, and communication—while simplifying configuration and licensing.
The controller includes a built‑in USB port for programming and monitoring, and a standard Ethernet port that supports MC protocol, MODBUS/TCP, CC‑Link IE Field Basic, and direct connection to HMIs, SCADA, or higher‑level systems. With a 48K‑step FLASH program memory and 34ns LD/MOV instruction times, it can execute complex logic and motion sequences with short scan times.
