  • High-Speed Transistor Outputs: The module provides 16 solid-state MOSFET (transistor) outputs. Compared to relay outputs, transistor outputs feature extremely fast switching speeds and exceptionally long service life (no mechanical wear), making them particularly suitable for applications requiring fast response and high-frequency operation.

  • Powerful Pulse Output Capability: The outputs support High-Speed Pulse Train Output (PTO) and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) functions, with a maximum single-output frequency of up to 100 kHz. This allows direct driving of the pulse/direction interface of stepper or servo drives for precise positioning control.

  • High Current Output & Flexible Grouping: Each output can provide 0.5 A of current, with a total output current of 4 A for all outputs. The outputs are divided into two groups of 8, each sharing a common terminal, simplifying power supply wiring.

  • Electrical Protection & Isolation: The outputs feature short-circuit protection and overload protectionElectrical isolation is provided between the output groups and the PLC system’s backplane bus, enhancing system stability and noise immunity.

  • Compact Design & Plug-and-Play: The module features a standard compact design, connecting to the CPU via a right-side bus connector and powered by the system. Removable screw terminals facilitate wiring. It can be automatically recognized and configured using STEP 7-Micro/WIN SMART software.
