Detailed Description:

• Plug-on Expansion: The module features a plug-on design, inserting directly into and securing onto a dedicated interface on top of the CU250S-2 control unit. It connects via an internal bus, requiring no external wiring, making installation extremely simple.

• Expanded I/O Capability: Adds the following I/O resources to the CU250S-2:

  • 4 Digital Inputs (DI): 24V DC, configurable as PNP or NPN.

  • 2 Digital Outputs (DO): 24V DC / 0.5A, transistor output.

  • 2 Analog Inputs (AI): Configurable as 0-10V or 0/4-20mA.

  • 1 Analog Output (AO): Configurable as 0-10V or 0/4-20mA.

• Enhanced Application Flexibility: These additional I/O points can be used to implement more complex control functions, such as receiving external speed setpoints or process values via analog inputs, providing actual speed or current signals via analog output, and connecting more control commands and status indicators via digital I/O.
